The project will apply high technology for wastewater treatment and advanced solid waste treatment technologies by DOVE Biotech, which was approved by the Chinese Government, being in line with the state general policy and environmental standards to eliminate hazardous and toxic industrial waste and protect the environment.

The industrial estate located in a suburb of Quanzhou city, and by April 2019 the construction of 40000 m2 of factories (Phase-1), and 9000 m2 of office space, and 3000 m2 of warehouse was completed. There also will be housing and other facilities to maintain the modern living standards for management and staff operating the factories.

In March 2020 the equipment installation started for the factory with a capacity of 4 million liters of Antinfek® 30D per day. The factory will become operating later in 2020.
